had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Lourdes, exceeded my expectations. Staff were helpful & efficient, breakfast was delicious & varied. Loved the balcony overlooking the river, comfy beds, & lots of nearby restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

Centrally located, short walk to Grotto, shops, and restaurants. River-view room on 6th floor. Friendly staff. Tasty dinner with fresh trout, salad, and dessert. Generous glass of wine. Front desk made me feel like family. Will return.

Good parking facilities on private parking lot

Good location in relatively short distance to the pilgrimage site. Nice view from the roof terrace. Due to the narrow traffic conditions in the city, you cannot expect the hotel's own parking spaces for cars. After all, there are public parking lots in the street in front of the hotel, which are free of charge from 6 p.m. in the evening until 9 a.m. in the morning.

Had a fabulous time enjoying the traditional cuisine that truly reflects the range of delights this region has to offer, while soaking up the stunning view from the terrace. Absolutely delightful!

The convenience of being so close to the Grotto was a major plus for me. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the river, and I loved being able to take a leisurely walk with my dog right across the street. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities such as an ironing facility, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. The hotel even offered services like room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service, ensuring that my every need was met. I also enjoyed some delicious meals at the hotel's dining restaurant, with the staff providing excellent service and making me feel like part of the family. my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional.

This hotel is in an excellent central location. Just a 5 minute walk to the grotto and central shopping/restaurant areas. Hotel staff were really friendly and efficient. Hotel has secure private parking which costs E12 per day. Room through a little small was really clean and had an excellent view of the river.

Our bedroom was not very spacious and didnt have a mirror. Not much to complain about really.

The restaurant in the hotel was a pleasant surprise during our winter visit. With most places closed, we were relieved to find a nice restaurant in Mercure Hotel. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner, and highly recommend it for winter travelers. I would recommend this hotel.

We were only there for a weekend to visit the Shrine of Our Lady. The hotel's location was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.
